I ordered the brisket and it seems like it was the end of it. Nowhere was it tender to melt in your mouth. The ribs for the wife were burnt and not tender. Have to put them in the oven and slow cook them myself. Had bbq from this location before, but this order was very disappointing.

Came in to only 1 couple in the restaurant. only one customer in front of me in line. Spent 20 minutes in line waiting as the cashier was ringing people up and making their orders before ringing next person. Not his fault restaurant was understaffed but definitely needs to communicate with customers there will be a wait for service. Spent half my lunch break in line only to be told “just a minute” and turn his back again. Prices are also very high for them to always be out of menu items and for lack of service/staff.

First of all I waited 10 minutes to even get my order because I guess someone before me had a large order. I'm pretty sure the person who did take my order was either drunk, high or had a hang over, because he asked me 3 times what I ordered. Now, for the food, it was HORRIBLE. I ordered the competition plate.The sauce was bad, the brisket was DRY! I couldn't even finish. I'm sorry but this was such a fail on so many levels. We will not return.

How hungry are you? Wow, the Mac Shack with Brisket (Get the brisket!) is unbelievable! Flavorful and deliciousness with every bite. Even the garlic bread is fresh and warm. 5* all the way!

If you like BBQ and real southern tastin sides then this is the place to go . The brisket is amazing. Lots of flavors 😋. And the young gentleman behind the counter had southern hospitality. I will be back for the spuds !

So I took my son in to get French fries. The floor inside the store is so greasy, and I can't believe people don't fall down. We had to wait for the fryer to get hot. When he put the fries in to cook, the smoke from the fryer was bad. I know that if it smokes they must not change out the oil. The fries are nothing special.

They were out of a lot of things. I ordered a rack of ribs and received no bbq sauce. I wanted two potatoes which I was glad to see back on the menu but could only get one. They were out of French fries! It was a disappointing experience!
